Made in Spain, the new Fortissimo ligature (or as they call, "Padded Tension Ring") is a ligature that allows for the most possible vibration from your reed & mouthpiece. By limiting the actual contact by the ligature on your mouthpiece & reed, this ligature frees up the vibration potential of the your setup. Each Fortissimo Ligature comes with 3 different reed plates that easily come on and off of the ligature. Fortissimo ligatures are available in 3 colors (gold, silver or black) and 2 sizes - Small (clarinet, soprano & metal sax mouthpieces) & Large (hard rubber sax, bass and alto clarinet mouthpieces).
